About Me

Hi, welcome to my blog!  I am a 4th grade teacher teaching in Southwest Mighigan.  I am a newlywed to my lovely husband (we dated for 9 years before we got hitched!) and I am a fur mom to my sweet kitten, Rajah.

I attended Miami University (in Ohio) and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  I am certified to teach PreKindergarten- grade 5.  Additionally, I have a reading endorsement and TESOL endorsement. I previously taught in China at an international school and the suburbs of Illinois and Ohio.

I enjoy dancing, shopping, yoga, pilates, scrapbooking, and cooking.  During my free time, I spend it on Pinterest, blog stalking, and creating new teaching ideas for my classroom!
